Hi, Just wanted to drop a note to thank you all for your GREAT tech support I recently received for my brake problems with my 67 Chevelle. Kevin assisted me for several days until the problem was resolved. I must have called MPB 6 times and in every instance my calls were received in a nice and professional manner by a lady receptionist and all my calls were returned by Kevin in a very timely manner. This was a perfect example of Good Product AND Good Service goes a long way. Thanks again for your time and expertise in resolving my problem and Happy Holidays. Last week my son was stuck in TX in a 1971 Ford Torino unable to find a wheel hub for his broken drum brake system. We found you online, and you helped get him a disc kit overnight. He was up and running within a day. Apparently, as they were installing the disc brakes, they contacted you a couple of times for advice and said you were so wonderful and helpful. Again, thank you. The fit, finish, packaging and attention to detail in a word "blew" me away. This is a regular retro fit for all of my product and I have finally found a company that actually understands the aftermarket's needs. The sales representative, actually valued me as a customer and also exhibited a full and comprehensive knowledge of your product offerings. It is a rare occasion when I actually feel satisfied when I complete a transaction lately and MPB has now made me a regular customer. My order not only arrived early, it was also complete, clean, and most important without damage. The rest of my vendors could certainly learn a lesson from your first class operation. Thanks again, Louis Viggiano, Kevin, From the very first phone call, through every subsequent email all the way to project completion Kevin was fantastic. He answered all my questions and concerns and provided me with more than enough information and material to educate myself. One of my initial questions was about where the wheel will land with this kit, as compared to my drums. Will it be further out or closer in? He told me what the usual was but informed me that no one had provided them detailed information about this particular kit. He sent me pictures of how that is measured and what the measurement would be on my kit, using a simple carpenter square. As I was pulling apart the front of my car I pulled out a square and took some measurements and pictures, which I sent back to Kevin. We determined that change in location was about a sixteenth of an inch, no worries for me. A few days later I got the coolest hat from Kevin, a token of his appreciation. I have collected hats from the time I was in High School and that hat is amongst the coolest I am highly satisfied with my decision to choose Master Power Brakes to convert the Jalopy over to front disc brake and will HIGHLY recommend you all to anyone I know that is even considering changing any brake parts Thank you so much for the assistance and a great product Duane Smith |
