Master Power LLC (MP) warrants to the original purchaser that all products of our manufacture are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use, driving conditions and service for the period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. The term "Original Purchaser" as used in this Warranty shall be deemed to mean the customer to whom the product was originally sold.
Our obligation under this Warranty is to repair or replace, at our option, the defective part which shall be returned to us, freight prepaid by the purchaser (to be reimbursed upon receipt of merchandise). We assume no liability for incidental or consequential damages including the cost of diagnosis, cost of replacement parts or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, re-installation, inconvenience, removal of any warranted product, or any other expenses. This Warranty shall not apply to our products or any part thereof which have been subject to, but not limited to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly, tampering with, improper installation or maintenance. This warranty expressly excludes all damage to these products resulting from careless or neglectful transportation.
The foregoing Warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties (whether written, oral or implied) including Warranty of merchantability in other respects than expressly set forth above and Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part. We neither assume nor authorize any other person or entity to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. We make no Warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories, labor or parts, not supplied by us. There are no warranties which extend beyond the face of the product hereof.
This Warranty does not cover wear and tear in ordinary use or application and does not include wear items such as rotors, pads, shoes or drums unless there is a physical defect in the part. A return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice are required prior to returning merchandise.

Master Power LLC makes no warranty either expressed or implied, as to the quality or suitability of this product for any use, and Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for Seller any other liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting the agreement. Included in said disclaimer are agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting the agreement. Included in said disclaimer is any service or remanufacturing performed by Master Power LLC on any product.
Note: We are currently not accepting international orders.
All warranties are null and void once these parts leave the U.S.
