Returns

MISSING PARTS

Date of receipt – 30 days
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the contents of their package for completeness of parts within 30 days of receipt. Claims made after 30 days of receipt will not be honored. For missing parts due to MPB’s error, MPB will issue to the original purchaser the part(s) at no additional cost. MPB will ship missing parts to the customer via the shipping method of the original order.


INCORRECT PARTS

Date of receipt – 30 days
For incorrectly shipped parts due to MPB’s error, the customer should contact MPB within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. A Return Authorization number (RA) and a copy of the original invoice are required prior to returning merchandise. MPB will decide if the customer should return the parts or if the customer should keep them. Any replacement parts will be shipped to the customer via the shipping method of the original order. MPB will not honor any replacement parts of any products that have been subject to, but not limited to accident, negligence, painting, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly, tampering with, installation or maintenance.

EXCHANGES

Date of receipt – 90 days
For parts to be exchanged, the customer should contact our customer support department within 90 days of receipt of the merchandise. An RA number and a copy of the original invoice are required prior to returning merchandise. The RA number must be clearly written on or near the address label. Any return without an RA number will be refused. We will not send new parts until the parts to be exchanged are received and processed by MPB. All exchanges are subject to a (1) 15% restocking fee, the (2) applicable freight and (3) the difference in the full retail price of the exchanged items. Should the newly issued item be less than the exchanged merchandise, the customer will be issued a company credit for the difference. All charges or credits must be settled prior to shipping replacement parts.

Should the customer making an exchange need the new merchandise prior to returning the original parts to MPB, the customer is subject to a (1) $25 handling fee, (2) the applicable freight and the (3) full retail amount of the parts. These charges must be settled prior to shipping replacement parts. Once the incorrect parts are received by MPB, the customer will be issued either a company or cash credit (customer choice).

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a replacement or credit is issued. MPB will not exchange any products that have been subject to, but not limited to accident, negligence, painting, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly, tampering with, installation or maintenance.

RETURNS

All sales are final and parts may be returned only with prior written consent and a RA number. For parts to be returned, the customer should contact the customer support department within 90 days of receipt of the merchandise. A (1) Return Authorization number, (2) a copy of the original invoice, (3) a 15%  restocking fee and (4) prepaid freight are required prior to returning merchandise. Individual parts from a kit may not be returned.

MPB will not honor any returns of any products that have been subject to, but not limited to accident, negligence, painting, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly, tampering with, installation or maintenance.
